I had a pregnancy massage booked three weeks before my due date, and my water broke a couple hours before my scheduled massage. My midwife said I could still do it, and I went. I am pretty sure that this massage was the reason my labor went so smoothly!!!!! I had contractions for 3 hours, went to the birthing center, and gave birth within 2 hours of checking in. I had such an easy recovery and a very healthy baby. I think a lot of it is due to the fact that I was just so relaxed after that massage. All of my muscles were relaxed and ready to push. So if you're pregnant and considering coming here, just do it. !!! Thank you so much, and I will be back.

It’s been years since I have been for a massage - I was long overdue. Since I was built up and sore, I knew I needed some tough love and Penny offered just that!

She has a very relaxing demeanour, is charming and quite funny - we had a few laughs! Definitely my type of person! She educated me throughout the massage and explained why certain points were especially tender. It was pleasant and I felt surprisingly refreshed when I left despite working out years of tension build up 😅 She was able to reach all of the areas I knew about and found some that I didn’t know existed!

Space was well maintained and relaxing!
