I had my first massage with Penny 4 days ago, and my body still feels SO much better. I regained a lot of mobility in my neck (I hadn't realised how bad it had gotten!!) and my shoulders and lower back feel more spacious and flexible. I feel like she dislodged a lot of pent up tension that I've been carrying for years with those strong hands of hers! I will definitely be returning soon.

Probably the best Thai massage I’ve ever had, especially compared to my experiences in Gatineau, Ottawa, Montreal, and Paris. I initially booked a 60-minute session but enjoyed it so much that I decided to extend it. I’ll definitely be coming back every three weeks.

Finally found a therapist who isn't afraid to use some pressure! Penny is very strong and her technique is incredibly effective. She immediately found all my trouble spots—even the ones I didn't realize were tight—and cleared them out. It’s rare to find someone who can pinpoint stiffness so accurately. Truly one of the best deep-tissue massages I’ve ever had.

I had a pregnancy massage booked three weeks before my due date, and my water broke a couple hours before my scheduled massage. My midwife said I could still do it, and I went. I am pretty sure that this massage was the reason my labor went so smoothly!!!!! I had contractions for 3 hours, went to the birthing center, and gave birth within 2 hours of checking in. I had such an easy recovery and a very healthy baby. I think a lot of it is due to the fact that I was just so relaxed after that massage. All of my muscles were relaxed and ready to push.
