Finally found a therapist who isn't afraid to use some pressure! Penny is very strong and her technique is incredibly effective. I had a pregnancy massage booked three weeks before my due date, and my water broke a couple hours before my scheduled massage. My midwife said I could still do it, and I went. I am pretty sure that this massage was the reason my labor went so smoothly!!!!! I had contractions for 3 hours, went to the birthing center, and gave birth within 2 hours of checking in. I had such an easy recovery and a very healthy baby. I think a lot of it is due to the fact that I was just so relaxed after that massage. All of my muscles were relaxed and ready to push. So if you're pregnant and considering coming here, just do it. !!! Thank you so much, and I will be back.
